All payments on BaseLayer.world are processed by Quimztech Solutions.

Refund Eligibility  
Refunds are considered only if:
- A service was paid for but not provisioned
- A technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved

Non-Refundable  
- Services already delivered
- Usage-based or subscription charges once activated

Refund Process  
To request a refund, email support@baselayer.world within 7 days of payment with transaction details.

Processing Time  
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
